Introductory Session

Feeling a bit uncertain? This standalone session offers you a chance to explore what’s possible without any pressure. I’ll personally guide you through a hands-on mini transformation, helping you feel confident with the process and pace.
Ongoing Sessions
- Weekdays | £25 per hour
- Weekends | £30 per hour
